Robust ferryman gear from the noted ship chandlers “Rod & Gunn” and “Cue” were subsequently acquired. A favourable wind was upon us (one hesitates to say “filled our sales”) as we meandered about Myers boatyards and we were able to exchange Jeff’s broken Samsonite for a bigger way cooler one – a “share bag”. While lines of demarcation are yet to be fully established, the afternoon was spent pleasantly enough, completing our first successful trial “pack”.
