Blade Runner

In brief (because I need to sleep):

  • Outstanding Iwaso breakfast that left us both in need of a good lie down
  • Jeff walked up Mt Misen while Di enjoyed our Ryokan
  • Checked out a Shrine in Miyajima
  • Ferry, tram and Shinkanzen (bullet) to Osaka
  • Settle in to Osaka Ryokan and head out for dinner

Dunny flush options, Iwaso, Miyajima. On top of the bar is “oscillate: and “pulsate”, awesome!

Track to Mt Misen, Miyajima. Quite a few stairs (2.5km) up the 500 odd vertical meters to Mt Misen.

Massive floor boards. Jeff’s foot at right.
The cross beams in the hall are massive tree trunks.

  1. The view was stunning and the shrines beautifully kept. And yes, back to the wonderful city of Osaka. It’s packed! Mainly with young people out clubbing!
